These terms describe the general expectations for working with Schoedel Design. Specific project scope, timelines, fees, and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Scope of Services
Schoedel Design provides practical information technology support, website help, systems integration, CRM setup and cleanup, domain and DNS support, hosting and server management, dashboards, data analytics, workflow improvement, documentation, training, and careful AI-related support.
Project Agreements
Work may be provided as a project, monthly support arrangement, advisory engagement, or task-based service. The active written agreement or approved estimate controls the specific scope, pricing, schedule, and deliverables for that work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access, accurate information, approval authority, and any needed credentials through an appropriate secure channel. Clients remain responsible for business decisions, legal compliance, financial decisions, and final approval of published materials or operational changes.
Accounts, Domains, and Third-Party Services
Many projects involve third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, email platforms, CRMs, cloud providers, payment systems, analytics tools, and SaaS applications. Those providers have their own terms, fees, service limits, outages, and support policies.
AI-Assisted Work
AI tools may be used to assist with drafting, summarizing, analysis, planning, documentation, and workflow support when appropriate. AI output should be reviewed by a responsible human before use, publication, or operational reliance.
No Security Guarantee
Schoedel Design may help with practical technology setup, access organization, DNS, hosting, email records, documentation, and operational hygiene. This is not a substitute for dedicated cybersecurity, legal, compliance, accounting, or insurance advice.
